Drain Pro is a Plumbing Contractor for South Surrey, Delta, Ladner, and the Surrounding Communities

I called Drain Pro on a Saturday and was surprised they were even open. The fellow who answered the initial call was efficient and helpful. They were able to schedule us the same day for a service which was amazing. I am writing this before even being billed because I am so impressed by the whole transaction. Open Saturday. Same day service. Wife was very comfortable as she was home alone. The job was done efficiently and even repaired another job she pointed out. All done before I got home. Does it get any better? Thanks for the easy, quick response and professional service.

I’ve used DrainPro twice now and both experiences have been great. John was very patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and helped resolve the issue efficiently. Really appreciate the professional and friendly service. I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

During the replacement of our drain tiles, the workers demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy & respect. They arrived on time, worked diligently and maintained a clean, safe and organized worksite throughout the project. What stood out was their willingness to keep us informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Drain Pro.

Drain Pro responded quickly to my request for service on a small repair. Mike arrived promptly, was polite and professional in the work he did. I will definitely be using their services again.

FAST Response! Chris came on Sunday and assessed the problem and made recommendations on replacement brands for our leaking, 20+ year old kitchen faucet. He also checked and replaced the washers in the water shutoffs. He left the work order open for the followup visit. We selected a Moen unit and scheduled for an install on the following Monday. Ty arrived promptly on the appointed time and quickly replaced the faulty unit with the new one and we are very grateful to have the issue resolved. Because the workorder was left open we were only charged one hour AND there is no premium charged for call outs on weekends.
